My goal
My goal is to use CX and digital transformation to:
• Create and execute sound UX, CX and research teams and strategy
• Build, influence and shape more customer-centric organizations that create omni-channel products and experiences resulting in higher customer loyalty and satisfaction results
• Increase the use of artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning (ML) and predictive analytics to create products that are more customized, personalized and segmented to individual customers
My mission
To be an experience design leader that instills passion, motivation and confidence into everyone I work with. To be a force for change in the UX and CX world and, in some small way, enhance the lives of those that use our products.
My vision
I will be literate in most things, fluent in some and master of a few. I will always be conscious of which is which.
